Under the guidance of the Senior Manager of Cloud Operations, we are seeking a student or recent graduate with a technical degree to help support the existing Cloud hosted customers, and to coordinate the resolution of customer issues across internal teams. The intern will work with cross functional, globally distributed teams including Cloud Infra Observability, Availability, Security, Operations, FinOps and Engineering to assist with the coordination and tracking of Cloud Deployment related activities for AAI suite of products. Also help with new automation modules using Terraform that interact with Public Cloud and AAI Application deployments. The position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to collaborate across a distributed organization.
